Dinner Game Plan 🍽️

Thanks for taking over! Dan has prepped everything. Here is the schedule to get dinner on the table by 6:00 PM.

⏰ 5:00 PM - The Oven Start

⚠️ CRITICAL: The French Toast is in a foil pan. You MUST place it on a hard metal cookie sheet before putting it in the oven so it doesn't buckle!

Preheat Oven: Set to 325°F.
Bake: Place the French Toast (still covered with foil) into the oven on the center rack.

(Note: We are starting at a lower temp to make sure the frozen center cooks before the sugar burns.)

⏰ 5:40 PM - Turn Up the Heat

French Toast: Open the oven and CAREFULLY remove the foil cover from the pan.
Increase Temp: Turn the oven UP to 350°F.
Salad Prep: Dump the salad greens into a large bowl to "fluff" them up.
(Do not add the dressing/toppings yet!)

💄 5:50 PM - The "Lisa" Prep

⏰ 6:00 PM - Serve Dinner!

French Toast: Remove from oven. The top should be golden brown and the center set.
Pork Loin:
- Take the bag out of the water bath.
- Cut the bag open and remove the meat.
- Slice immediately and put on a serving plate.
Salad: Toss with the dressing and toppings now.
Fruit: Grab the cold fruit bowl from the fridge.
